    Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Tuesday said he would seek the help of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to resolve the row concerning the dropped Teesta river water pact with Bangladesh after she had raised a red flag earlier this month.

    Manmohan Singh also said Mamata Banerjee and her government should help create an enviornmnet where a meaningful, viable solution could be found to the problem
