My budget is :inr: 9000 to :inr: 10000

I saw specifications of LG optimus net p690 and it looks good...

but still i am not sure and would like to get suggestions from you guys....

yup i have checked these phones on flipkart and reviews of htc explorer are mixed....samsung galaxy y has very small screen...HTC wildfire has just 528 MHz processor while LG optimus net p690 has 800 MHz processor..

samsung galaxy ace is out of my budget....
