    According to some reliable sources, this part belongs to 056 class under construction. There are two shipyards namely HP in Guangzhou and HD in Shanghai are doing this job simultaneously. After the first two boats are finished by the end of this year, 5 or more shipyards will be involoved, and more than 20 or 30 ships will be built in 10 years, Of course, if nothing bad happen in this long process.

    What is the displacement of this vessel ?

    Hard to remember all numbers, Chinese really should consider some names for their ships.

    :thumb:nice idea, but the chinese name of the ship is abstract and more complicated than numbers.
    Which way do you prefer, bmw 760, benz s600 or corolla, crown? :namaste:

    displacement=1500 - 2000

    If you don't know Chinese, numbers are easier. The problem with Chinese ships are identifying the class. They have very low commonality among the fleet.

    Russian names are difficult too but we get used to it so i still prefer names :)

    We are also building Corvettes with 2500 displacement.
