    Great video. Thanks for posting

    But the Brigadier does not say "outsourcing of violence". He makes an interesting and valid point.

    In political theory, the state (the central government) should have a complete monopoly on violence. No citizen should be able to challengs the government militarily. What has happened in Pakistan is that they have allowed private militias and the Paki government and army have "outsourced the monopoly on violence" that should have been retained with the government. Now the government is being challenged by many armed groups but is unable to do anything about it.
