This kind of ignorance more or less exists everywhere and is harmless; until ofcourse it comes into place when the guy goes on a shooting spree only to find out he killed the wrong man. That would be a double tragedic murder.

Allow me to explain this situation to everyone. I should really be given the title of "most brilliant" here because I actually bother reading the news article before posting garbage.

there are two components here- was it racial/religious profiling or country profiling. If racial/religious profiling then its completely unacceptable. if it's country profiling then it's somewhat acceptable - because almost 99% of world's terror acts emit from Pakistan or have roots with terror organizations out of Pakistan.

here is what we know: we know a hijacking call was placed period.

here is what we don't know - what was said in that call and who made the call


We also know the governor ( whose kids are in question) was hated by many Pakistanis because of his secular and anti blasphemy views. This could have been a Pakistani who called it in.

What we don't know and its critical to know first is- did the caller say specifically name these two people as the intended hijackers or did they say Pakistanis on this aircraft were the intended hijackers.

It makes a huge difference to know the facts first-before anyone jumps to conclusion that law enforcement was racially motivated, country motivated or simply following what the caller pointed as the person(s) of threat.

so to blame US law enforcement on this is merely guessing at this point.

One day, I drove along the main street in DC and I saw policemen arrest a Black lady for fast driving and tighted both her hands to the lamp pole in the broad day light. Many drivers could see the lady crying.

Here we have cops killing and then jumping on the body of dead suspects. So, we cannot stereotype an entire race with just one incident.

For all you know, if she was driving fast, she may have been on drugs, or simply drunk. She may have threatened the cops with a gun or bodily hurting them. She may have been unnecessarily aggressive and uncooperative.

Heck what would you do in such a situation? If a girl threatens you with a knife, no matter what kind of a gentleman you are you would still punch her in the face. Do you want other people judging you by that action?
