badguy look great . what is the cost( total cost,, cost for sq feet)
it is about 97 square meters large.

the total cost was about 500K RMB( 3.5M Rupees or 75K USD) when I bought it on July,2009.but now it is worth 700-800K RMB(about 4.9-5.6M rupees or 105-120K USD) .

the unit price was about 5.1K RMB(35K rupees or 800 USD)/per square on July,2009. but now it is about 7-8KRMB( about 49K Rupees or 1.1-1.3K USD)/ per square.

no. it is in a small tier 3 or tier 4 city in inland China, called Ganzhou. its urban population is only about 0.6 M.

Ganzhou is the capital of Ganzho prefecture and the prefecture is a quite undeveloped one in China.

the house price in Chinese tier 1 cities such as Beijing and Shanghai is much higher.

well, one parking position for one car cost 150K RMB( about 1M rupees) now.it is almost as expensive as one popular family car in China.

So,if I buy one parking position ,I would have to suspend the plan of buy one family car.
