What do you mean by the term Greedy please explain.
Some indians want to make quick money by supplying faked indian brand to their indian customers in indian or indian community.

So, they come to china to make production order with every detail. And chinese just supply what they asked. They don't even know what they are a part of a crime. I don't chinese know any indian brands.

For myself, a person who has been with indian forum for long enough, I only know TATA. But what TATA's brand looks like, I have absolutely no idea.

So, I would say some indian criminals are the mastermind in all these.

no smoking, The issue is not for giving character certificate to some random man either Indian or Chinese but I suppose the debate is upon economy. Point is it is unethical business practice India will do her effort to supervise unethical business practice upon her domain. lack of knowledge and not respecting copy right laws is never seen as an excuse to escape in business operations. But may I term such responsible actors and facilitation as termed 'Greedy'!!!!

Obviously in this thread, we are talking about responsibilities: who should be blame for fake india products.

My argument is that indians themselves should be responsible since there is no way those chinese manufacturer would know these india brands. All they do is producing something according to their indian wholesalers. After the product left their factories, what these indians is going to do with the products is not their concerns.

It is not about products that are to be sold in India or by Indian distributor.

It is about releasing such fake products with fake labels into the world market!

[h=1]China selling fake 'Made in India' drugs[/h]
How sure are you that the pill you are taking is genuine? With counterfeit drugs all over the place, one can't be sure about the quality of the medicine. A pill that is supposed to cure you would actually kill you...

Product of a billion-dollar deadly business, fake drugs kill millions of people across the world. It is estimated that 1 million people die in the developing world annually after consuming these counterfeit drugs.

Fake allopathic and homeopathic medicines contribute between 15 to 20 per cent of the Rs 40,000 crore (Rs 400 billion) Indian pharmaceutical market.

Fake drugs were initially found to be among lifestyle drugs like Viagra or common medicines for cold and fever.

Today, the business has spread to cover lifesaving drugs treating AIDS, diabetes, cholesterol, and even cancer.
The consequence of this: serious defects and deformities, lifelong impairment and even death. These drugs also create mutant strains of virus.

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that more than 30 per cent of medicines sold in Africa, Asia, and Latin America are spurious.

Several seizures have found that the fake drugs have a 'Made in India' tag.

NEW DELHI: Are fake drugs manufactured in China being pushed into various African countries with the `Made in India' tag? The Indian government has long suspected this to be the case, but it now has definite evidence for the first time.

Last week, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) of Nigeria issued a press release stating that a large consignment of fake anti-malarial generic pharmaceuticals labelled `Made in India' were, in fact, found to have been produced in China.
