Akim,

I would love to see more KrAZ trucks in India.

During the Soviet times, the USSR used to export KrAZ, MAZ, ZIL, UralAZ, etc., to India. AFAIK, they never exported KamAZ to India. However, after the collapse of the USSR, only UralAZ has been exported by Russia.

In any event, India will not be importing trucks from Russia anymore, because, now, UralAZ and KamAZ trucks are made in India itself. We also make TATRA in India.

If KrAZ wants to enter the Indian market, they will have to partner with an Indian company and set up assembly facilities in India.

Personally, I'd really love to see MZKT entering Indian market.

What does Shkilnyi mean?

I got it. It comes from Shkola (школа), i.e. School. :)

It is a school-bus for students.

Re: graphic on upper right windshield: the driver has 2 kills?
Almost ... This is a European road sign "Caution - Children!", are placed on school-buses and on the pedestrian crossings before the school.
P.S. I know that system of the American road signs is another.

Re: Armored Personnel Carriers & Infantry Fighting Vehicles

Yet another KrAZ being fixed by roadside mechanics in India.
Looks like the truck they are repairing is not a military truck.

It was a military truck, that was decommissioned and sold to the civil operators. You will see many Shaktiman trucks too, that were formerly with the military, but later sold to civil operators. Here is an UralAZ with a civil operator in Karnataka:

This is a Soviet made UralAZ, not Indian made. Notice the steering wheel.
