Bangladesh - well refugees, Pakistani citizens, were the first to cross the border, not Indians.
Sri Lanka - IPKF was sent with the consent of the Sri Lankan government. No change of borders.
UN - bad example. No change of borders.

Milosevic was bad because he didn't pay attention on his own people. in fact, the biggest mistake he made was Kumanovo agreement.
The bombing didn't make any real progress and NATO knew that they will suffer great casualties if went to land attack. Now we do not have any kind of position to negotiate 'cause we are defeated. (3500 killed, 12500 wounded, 18 tanks destroyed (T-34 and T-55), 21 airplanes destroyed (only 4 MiG left), 21 other vehicles, and lot of factory and economic facilities destroyed).
