Is India helpless and confused in front of Sino-Pak alliance?

china deploying thousands of its "workers" in POK and making frequent forays into indian territory in ladakh and arunanchal pradesh....

i havent come across any single action by india to counter the Chi-Pak ganging up against india!

since our military actions are "approved" by the civilian govt, our military forces are helpless.

and if our govt care more about votes, vote banks, actual number of seats in the house and who supports who.....our military and national security is forgeton and handed over to Babus!

Are we confused? No, are we slow in response? yes. The new recruits getting approved is steps in right direction, although we might have wanted it to came early. But it is getting taken. A slow and sure build up is happening. The media hysteria is making sure that GoI can not sleep, and have to push for modernization.
