No,during my MS I saw quite a lot of foreign nationals get recruited in LM,Raytheon,Boeing etc. It depends more on the kind of project it could require US Citizen only employee or they could work on projects that don't require security clearance, I know one Bengali fellow who worked in LM. As far as working in govt. tech orgs. like DARPA,NSA it is strictly US Citizens only unless they are collaborating with outside contractors who hire foreign nationals, but again security clearance of the project in question matters. Even with contractors your nationality matters, Japanese,Australian,British ,EU,Indian-OK, Pakistani,Arab,Iranian,PRC-Thank you for coming, the exit is that way.
