Yes, we can have coaches like that. Our coaches are made with collaboration with Alstom. So are these Russian coaches.
Sorry for late reply what we have is a present double decker chair cars ac/non-ac

if there exist in word and if indian conditions permit and then why doesnt IR introduce double decker ac sleepers.

they should conduct a study , run a pilot train study its outcome and positive results come then why not introduce one

Yes, I agree. They should start a pilot project and see the viability. DD coaches are good in a way that they carry more passengers per unit real estate on the railway track.

DD chair car is a good start. Next to follow, hopefully, would be DD sleeper coaches.

Their are some limitation had to be discussed before we think ahead, Historically, double-decker trains are not a new phenomenon for Indian Railways. In the eighties, non-AC double-decker coaches were being used on Sinhagad Express between Bombay and Pune. Due to public opposition, they were withdrawn. Then the same coaches were tried on Venad Express between Trivandrum and Ernakulam. Here also due to public opposition, they had to be taken off. The Flying Ranee between Mumbai and Pune, however, still continues to run these coaches. The main trouble with the old design was that the lowest level seating were below platform level. Not only while traveling, even while halting at platforms, due to convection air flow, dust always entered the lowest level in abundance. It was mainly to overcome this drawback that it was decided to introduce AC double-decker trains, and to have them manufactured indigenously.

The newly designed AC double-decker coaches have yet to get the thumbs up from the users. Commuters on the recently introduced Chennai-Bangalore train complain that cramming 120-plus seats in a tight space leaves them sore after a six-hour journey, On the double-decker running between Howrah and Dhanbad, there are complaints that the seats are uncomfortable, push-backs hardly work, and some of the seat locations are very odd.

==============

Solution can be re design of coaches, Here some pictures for the Idea >>

Traditional AC Chair car seat pattern, Same in AC double Decker compartments

Ac chair car executive class pattern
For Customer`s comfort, Railway must re-design coaches as per Executive class pattern in double Decker compartments ..

First what IR introduced where Non-Ac coaches which would surely have issues

What i am asking is can we have DD AC sleeper coaches as in below video

WAG7 27512 Prayas from CNB. The entire overhead electricity transmission assembly is covered and only the Pantograph seems to be left with space to move. This has its advantage of lower dust and grime getting into the contacts but has the disadvantage of more complicated Maintenance. Perhaps the advantages win over the disadvantages - a reason the cover is still in place after all these years?. Bilaspur Station, July 2005. Alok Patel.

Double Stack container Indian Railways

Why to me it looks like that Engine is not able to pull Double Stack container and is slowly moving

OR speed limit has been imposed...

Better had been atleast 2 or 3 engines attached to pull such double Stack container

In Indian railways, Food quality increase with type of train and classes, The more higher class of coach you are traveling the better food you get, Worst you get in sleepers ..
