We should build pressure on paki military with small scale attacks on launch pads or bombard paki posts when ever possible.

If we let them rest they will use that time for planning en counter attacks. Make them restless with our covert, overt attacks. Add more insult to there impotent paki military

Some of these i believe are locals, Terrorists were always there in Kashmir, the numbers have been going down for sometime now.
