Well, Vietnamese should not discarded the use of Chinese characters.

What is happenning is beautiful. The -----s are running around in a loin cloth called peaceful rise.

Vietnam does not need help with a nuke. They have enough fissile material collected from the Dalat reactor to send Shanghai and Beijing to the stone age. Vietnam government dont want to cooperate with any country to oppose other countries in military affairs. Unfortunately, its the reason why if there is a war, China will choose VN.
White vote to Crimea so if Eastern Sea issues are brought to UN, China can deny.
Korea, Japan, Philippines are allied with US. China needs, really need resources for their economy which has already developed over-rapidly.
Their mass media brainwash Chinese Youth. They shout "teach Viet Nam a lesson, war Viet Nam ..." everywhere.
Furthermore, China is over-population, soon China youth will become a burden to economy. So, how to solve this problem when there sex-ratio is unbalanced? Attack Viet Nam and legally kill people.

Ok, I respect your language so I wont talk anymore about that. In fact, I like Chinese Culture, like the sound of Gunzheng, the story of Three Kingdoms, watch Chinese show"Sing my song" - those lyrics are so beautiful ...but I really hate your government. They are so aggressive and greedy. Do you know what did they do ? sending Chinese businessman to Viet Nam, buy "leech" with really high price to trick Vietnamese peasants rasing it, then disapear. And virtuous peasants dont know what to do, just throw it into river, pond, lake and destroy environment. There are so many tricks China plays on Viet Nam which I cant list them all. Do you really think that Viet Nam, with lower military budget, weaker in number and technology, want to war China? China always "bully" us, push us to the wall. Either you must have a defense agreement with USA or have nuclear weapon so that you can defend any invasion.

India should transfer Ballistic missile tech to Vietnam and also sell Brahmos missiles.
