Moot point is this:

Cutting someone's head in combat using sword, khukhari etc is a way of war and perfectly fine. It is a way to kill the opponent.

But cutting someone's head and then putting it on the cross road to exhibit, is terrorism ... it is an act to terrorise ? Only a Taliban mind set can do it ..

If Indian and Pakistani soldiers meet in an encounter killing the other side is their Dharma - how do they kill it is immaterial.
