what you will save or what is more precious in Air warfare, Plane or Pilot?
@ muslaman, Motorways can not be used to start stories/launch air strikes with fully loaded birds, The answer of above question is Pilot. So motorways will serve to make sure after being painted; birds can land back home and pilot if fit enough can join back the theater again ASAP. This is the advantage of being near.
