Now, why don't they halt and think, why is it so?

Who gave birth to Islamic terrorism, fomented it, encouraged it and made it a strategic weapon?

They can not do that.
They have chosen Islamic Fundamentalism to be the core foundation and bases of survival of Pakistan. They otherwise have no reason to survive as a nation. So expecting them to reign in fundamentalism will be asking for too much. Half of the Pak Army is in favor of these fundamentalist ruling the country rather than Sindhi politicians!

Hence no expectations from them. India will have to learn to live in this dreadful neighborhood !
