just one question to the chinese, at such altitude will the ground crew wear oxygen masks all the time.

the whole concept of aircraft carrier at sea is that it can stay afloat at sea for months and fuel efficiency. a flying AC will need power to keep it afloat in air increasing costs drastically. flying AC just cant stay in air for days and months.

probably the concept of the old rigid airship's or hot air balloons may work.

I saw similar kind of stuff in one of the english movie Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow 2004, where Angelina Jolie was wearing eye patch.

Nah. Nuking this would mean 2 things.

1. bringing such a colossal carrier to drop on your own territory (like a flying 70000 tonnes meteor).
2. taking all the radio-active remnants on your own soil.
