AFAIK no country enforces covid passport. Most, including US, only requires a recent negative RTPCR report.

Obviously because not enough are vaccinated yet.

In a years time, vaccination will be what tests are today - passport for entry. By default, countries will accept vaccines certified by WHO, which Covanix is not as of today.

The only limit to the powers that courts can assign to themselves is the point at which the executive pushes back.

The NJAC was a constitutional amendment, ratified by states yet SC struck it down as being against the 'basic' character. Utter and complete BS.

They can do anything under special powers act. They may strike down or suspend a law calling it unconstitutional or some other nomenclature.

Under which provision were the farm laws suspended?

Under which law does the court get to monitor vaccines distribution?

Under which law do they get to stall development projects?

Under which law to they get to stop religious practices?

They just extrapolate any provision and claim it is so since they get to interpret the law.

The center at some point has to stop acceding to their increasingly irrational demands.

India should maintain deterrence that china should not indulge in arbitrary brinkmanship in regards to border disputes with india .
And that deterrence comes from economy , remember we are not porkistan who will find abbu on pleasure.
We are on our own , that can only be sustained when economy is good.
The damage of war , a real war to economy will ve big compared to what karrona did .
First we need to straighten up our conditions internally.

Dont want to DERAIL the thread but this will be my final reply on the topic.

Judiciary must stop playing God.

We have an elected Executive to deal with internal and external threats to the nation.

We dont want some unsuccessful lawyer turned judge to interfere in laws enacted by the Parliament.

We do not trust the judiciary as they long are chosen by a Collegium system.

The Indian constitution does not recommends or supports Collegium System.

The strategic planners should have a game plan with moves and counter moves. Unless, we are unprepared for bi-warfare.

I'd fine with counter bio-war but I don't have confidence in our ability to do this properly.
