I also suspect that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) used its Pakistani terrorist sleeper cells in India to spread the new variant. This is mainly because I think Covid is a bioweapon that was intentionally released by the CCP, and the lying and cover-up point towards that as well. Plus there are multiple scientists who escaped from China (some are still hidden away by US government) who have tesified that the backbone of the Covid virus was based on a PLA military variant virus. In China, there is a lot of overlap between civilian and military research, and I think the US unwittingly gave the PLA the means to create a bioweapon through cooperation with Chinese civilian research. So if China could do it once, it could do it twice. Judging by the way CCP imprisons and kills common Chinese people for their organs and slave labor, the CCP would not hesitate to use common Chinese people to spread a bioweapon.
Another reason is that for mutations to occur naturally (and especially several different mutant strains simultaneously), there would need to be large numbers of cases. While the UK and the US were going through their 2nd waves, the cases in India were far lower during that time. So then why would a deadlier strain with multiple mutations pop up in India, and not in these other areas with far greater numbers of cases?
I think the Pakistani terrorist sleeper cells in India spread the virus both times through public gatherings. After the first time, a good number of Indians had already become immune to the initial Covid virus. So the CCP most likely spread the new mutant variant in India using their Pakistani terrorist friends, and the new deadlier variant was able to re-infect (and in some cases kill) people who had become immune to the initial variant; this is also why it was able to spread again, because the immunity against the first variant could not stop it. I am sure the CCP has many versions (with different mutations) of this bioweapon in their labs.
