We now know the difference between industrial oxygen and medical oxygen and the how by modifying certain parameters medical oxygen can be produced from industrial oxygen plants.
But is there any process by which existing stock ( already produced) of industrial oxygen be converted to medical oxygen.
Any means of purification and certification?

Ya should be able to use industrial oxygen directly as medical oxygen, if it is not contaminated, due to storage.. Industrial oxygen is much purer than medical oxygen .. Above 99 percent

I don't understand why it is so difficult for govt to book the big wigs of cabal like rana ayyub under any of the offences in IPC, it's not like they are honest a bunch. Not even a single thread? Article has been printed in Time exactly because she has that viewpoint. This is the same as NYT/WaPo etc. hiring only Indians that share a particular ideology. Otherwise India has great journalists to be recruited by these firms.
