1400 is fake Data indeed real spending is 150 crore this year and 350 crore last year.

150 crore is for the first 3 months of 2021.
From last two years he spent 800-1000 crores.

That's why I wrote yesterday that how come nobody could comprehend in advance ( meeting on oxygen supply were on from September 2020) that the real bottleneck is the cryogenic oxygen tanker and oxygen cylinders.

Adv. Dutta asking GNCTD to step out of the supply chain is the indication of the fact clueless Delhi officials unknowingly are messing up the supply rather than facilitating it.
Rather than I'll motive it is probably the incompetency.

Our cytogenetics labs have retested 100 people with the antibody kit Coviscreen from district Varanasi of Bharat . Surprisingly, only seven indoozals out of 100 showed seropositivity, suggesting that majority of individuals have lost their antibody within 3-6 months . The frequency of seroprevalence significantly (p<0.0001) reduced from 0.409 (95% CI 0.362-0.457) to 0.07 (95% CI 0.035-0.068). Nevertheless, reports on other regions of world have also shown variable time estimates about the presence of antibodies after the infection.
Thus, here they explain the major reason for the second wave in Bharat which is likely due to diminished antibody level from large number of seroprevalent population. One of the major driving component of this resurgence was due to broken wall of immunity landscape, formed during first wave of infection.

like I said before, everybody is doing things to the best of their abilities based on their sheer will power.

system is stressed due to a global pandemic originating out of China, cracks in the system will show up.

In sept 2020 seropositivity was 41%. Today its down to 7%.

there should be a study done after this is over on how much impact these court proceedings have on ground realities.

how many orders issued?
How much of these orders were logistically feasible?
How much of these orders were followed?
How much of these orders were not followed?
Who followed the orders and who didn’t?

It was always being said that immunity from this covid-19 virus will last 6 months at max.
Corono virus family virus causes cough and cold and permanent immunity against it is not possible.

Yes, doing test on 100 people does not give picture about 130 crore people. Such small test cant be scaled up to whole population.

You are looking at only the physical side of it. Sometimes courts are needed to bring two sparing parties on the same page. Who otherwise aren't seeing eye to eye and are working in silos.
And that is a quick sand domain. Once court enters, it eventually sinks as there is no escape.
Although I am not absolving certain courts of their impractical and whimsical orders.

USA has vaccinated 42% of population still daily cases of 50k plus and 700-1k deaths in a country of 30 crore . We ll see another wave after this wave probably . We wont reach 50% vaccination soon without nazal vaccine .

Is the subsequent infection a milder one? How many of the reinfected ones are landing in ICU?
I am taking about confirmed second infection and not sero survey.
I myself was a volunteer in a sero survey.
The sero survey data can be misleading. Varanasi having a seropositivity of 41% had always created doubts in my mind. But not belonging to that field and not understanding the modalities and procedures to make it bais free, I haven't studied/ asked further.

yes.. I agree courts are a important forum to bring all parties on one page.

I am saying, people need to know how much of these orders are being followed by the parties involved and to what extent.

so that during next emergency situation, this part of the system can be made better functional.
