If a person had covid a year back.. then recover and had great health .. can he or she get it again.. and if they get .. can they recover without hospitalization..

Also how long the vaccine will be effective
Recurrence of COVID in March could be due to lack of antibodies in seropositive people: CSIR survey

If thats some bearing for your concern.

secondly..Pfizer in USA has said they are asking the US govt for booster shots every year.
whatever the fuck the chinese wuhan made is creating utter havoc for the globe in the coming years.

Reinfection can reoccur and such cases are in plenty. However reinfection cases are not very server in nature unless there are other vital parameters like bp or sugar etc out of control. Better to be safe than sorry in this situation. Nobody knows how body or antibody reacts to new triple mutant version

Indian Railways to deliver more than 140 MT liquid oxygen in next 24 hrs

One Oxygen Express carrying 70 MT of Liquid Medical Oxygen will be en-route to Delhi tonight

On a mission mode, Indian Railways is going to deliver more than 140 MT liquid oxygen in next 24 hrs. Currently, 9 tankers are already on the run, out of which 5 will reach Lucknow by tonight and remaining 4 containers of LMO which have already started from Bokaro are expected to reach Lucknow tomorrow early.

So far, Oxygen Express have run between Mumbai to Vizag via Nagpur to Nashik and Lucknow to Bokaro and back. A total of 10 containers having nearly 150 tonnes of liquid Oxygen have been carried so far.

Currently, 9 tankers are already on the go, out of which 5 will reach Lucknow by tonight and remaining 4 containers of LMO which have already started from Bokaro are expected to reach Lucknow tonight.

One Oxygen Express train carrying 4 tankers (around 70 Metric tonnes of LMO) will depart tonight for Delhi from Raigarh, Chattisgarh.

Indian Railways has also informed Delhi Government to obtain the road tankers. Indian Railways are also ready for the movement of oxygen containers on container wagons from Durgapur to Delhi.

Indian Railway is fully prepared to carry Oxygen on following routes:

For the delivery of more Liquid Medical Oxygen to Maharashtra, Indian Railways has planned to transport Oxygen from Jamnagar to Mumbai and for Nagpur/Pune from Vizg/Angul.

Indian Railways has mapped the route from Angul to Secunderabad to deliver Liquid Medical Oxygen for Telangana.

For the state of Andhra Pradesh, Indian Railways has planned to transport Liquid Medical Oxygen from vacancy Angul to Vijayawada.

For Madhya Pradesh, Indian Railway has mapped the route from Jamshedpur to Jabalpur for the transportation of Liquid Medical Oxygen.

Liquid Oxygen being a cryogenic cargo has many limitations like maximum speed at which it can be carried, maximum acceleration & deceleration and loading restrictions like availability of liquid oxygen tankers and loading ramps etc. Route mapping also takes care of the maximum clearances available along the route (because of various RUBs and FOBs).
---------------------------------------------------

but hey..the libtards and the commie ecosystem /media will never see the toil the system takes to save the victims of covid which may include their own friends and relatives..possibly..

Currently I am in Bokaro steel City and here itself private hospitals ran out of oxygen. I know of a death 5 days back due to lack of oxygen. Somehow we as a country failed to work on a better transportation and delivery plan for oxygen.

The media is going crazy... They should not show number and panic news..

They must show survivor story and positive news..

Not going to happen.

This is a fest for the media & they will savior it * as long as they can *.

In addition to this there are various desi/videsi interest groups fueling all kinds of narratives.

MSM will not show any survivor story.

A doordarshan journo. shared the good news of his aged Mother's recovery.

He was called out as a Modi Bhakt & accused of lying by another journo.

Times are such.

The central government has lost the initiative on every front: Proactive/preemptive action on covid front, Timely relief for an overstressed health sector, media management, perception management. The Government is no longer setting the agenda, just reacting to the news of the moment. The initiative wrt perception management has firmly passed onto the opposition and to entities hostile to the government. In terms of scale of disaster, this is worse than Donald Trump losing the battle of narratives in mid July last year. In terms of a strategic defeat, this is as big as the destruction of Army group Center and the annihilation of Falaise Pocket for the Wehrmacht in World War 2, combined. The doors to toppling the government in 2024 are now well and truly open. It'll take incredible skill and a good measure of luck to stem the tide now. And the Government has

BJP and the government is now in danger of being trapped in its own little milieu/echo chamber if it can't figure out the rage building across the nation. There is a unanimous consolidation of opinion that this is largely the government's fault. Forget the English newspaper and foreign newspaper editorials, forget the English channel commentary, forget the twitterati, put your ears to the ground and get a feel for the real India that is on edge.

The government didn't do much wrong, and course corrected faster than other governments could. The government was unlucky in more ways than one too. Another couple of months, and this surge would have been checked with an expanded resource base and greater availability of vaccines, medicines and oxygen. Further, around July, if our numbers are right, US and Europe will be sitting on a stockpile of over 200-300 million unneeded vaccines which we could have tapped into as an interim bridging measure till our internal supply picked up. But all this belongs to the bucket of "What if?"

None of that matters anymore. As it is, the ramp up will take almost two months to become visible on the ground and show real effectiveness. The government doesn't have that much time. Government needs to find a way to stamp the curve down as fast as possible and delay any potential third wave until the vaccination has ramped up beyond 10 million a day, while avoiding the incredibly damaging scenes playing out in hospitals and cemeteries across the country. One cannot overestimate just how incredibly soul jarring the images are to ordinary Indians and people globally and how they serve to batter whatever remains of the government's credibility.

You can only do reactive things when shit hits the fan. Current situation is post shit hitting the fan. Hope we have better response at least from now.

I read somewhere Pfizer has said such about booster shots..if im not wrong.
In fact they are claiming booster shots will be needed as soon as 6 months

Elsewhere, they are reported to be in a 'race against time' to develop their single tablet treatment for CoviD, not to save lives but to release it whilst the pandemic is raging so they can maximise profits- f***ing vultures

Any idea of capacity of Sputnik v production here ,how much we will get ?

As sii will be some 1100 million per year , covaxin 700 million per year , it should be more than total 2800 million to vaccinate out people both doses in a year

All hospital must have oxygen production plant in their premises.

Government should make it compulsory.. all big hospital must have their own plant .. they have enough land and many are rich hospitals..
Maharashtra has already done it. Hospitals having above 50 beds need to have own O2 generation system and those having below 50 beds must have oxygen concentration system.
