They should supply the entire young population of the world (below 40 without heart issues) with free Hydroxychloroquine and zinc (no antibiotics, in order to avoid interactions) for 2 weeks to slow this thing down, as the asymptomatic young population are the carriers. Hydroxychloroquine and zinc do work as a preventative measure (if given early enough) to slow the disease from progressing until the immune system fights it off in young people. It would also slow down the spreading of the disease as Hydroxychloroquine and zinc reduce the amount of virus that is produced (and thus released by the body).
P.S. Vitamin C and vitamin D (especially when there is less sunshine) also seem to help in regulation of the immune system. For cases with digestive symptoms, I've read that Bismuth subsalicylate seems to help against the virus. Also lemon ginger turmeric tea helps the immune response against viruses, in general. Sometimes I suspect that one of the reasons for better survival rates in India is due to the spices used in cooking the foods, as they have anti-viral properties.
