Coronavirus outbreak: Over 9400 people under surveillance, says health ministry
Health Ministry today said more than 9400 people are presently under community surveillance in 32 states and union territories following the novel Coronavirus outbreak. Universal screening for all flights from Singapore and Thailand besides Hong Kong and China is already ongoing at earmarked aero-bridges. The screening of passengers is now on in all 21 airports, international seaports and border crossings.

As of now, 1818 flights and over one lakh 97 thousand passengers have been screened at 21 airports. Health Ministry is extending all the possible support to the states and union territories in order to combat the situation. A total of 1510 samples have been tested and 1507 samples were found negative except for three samples which had tested positive already from Kerala. The containment and prevention activities are being taken up on utmost priority. All the states are continually strengthening their rapid response teams to counter any eventuality.

Lot of people recover.. It's just that it spreads very fast... So, even with low mortality, there are a lot of deaths..

the "absolutely small number of doctors " cant handle the VOLUME of INFECTED or the SUSPECTED ..thats where china is going to lose the game.

India needs to learn from all these..
There sure is a western narrative to CONTROL THE POPULATION and some missionaries were quite open about this and are..

India need to be very careful about these designs or coincidences or sheer chances.
So far we are good..but we need to be better..creating full length of procedures to contain such or any epidemic.
of all the people our enemies are watching us too..what we are doing and how we contain it..

India already has a terrible doctor to citizen ratio. A wide scale pandemic would cause complete breakdown of any semblance of authority.

Thats the nature of such epidemic where every resource and infrastructure will collapse or bottle neck in a matter of hours or days...it will be a BIO VERSION of a FIRE SALE.

its only natural selection..when the virus itself is natural..not designer ones.. natural selection cant really deal with the designer kind..in a way..designer virus is made to thwart the very natural selection I would say... some nations can use this well enough to consolidate a population in whatever way they deem fit.

In order to contain it and prevent such things in future..I suppose we would need HAZMAT teams and hospitals set up in every district.even national entry and exit points with new bio scanners..blah blah blah...its a costly affair..like how terrorism and post 26/11 has opened up a whole NEW INDUSTRY for security equiments world wide.
