I would happily take option 2 as my choice since I am not killing for sustenance. Until that happens, I will minimise my footprint. To be an evolved species requires introspection. Chinese should take this viral infection as a message from providence and introspect. Wealth alone can have no value if the owner is uncultured. A cultured and wealthy person is most respected. That is why Japan and USA still have vastly more favourable world opinion than China.
