Who is responsible the uneducated media who kept screaming where are those rapid test kits where are they our people are dying evil modi govt is not doing test test test test by bringing those rapid antibody test kits . After one month of media rants the govt ordered those kits . ICMR belongs to indian govt they ordered on behalf of the govt as they are the medical expert group to advise govt . When entire world is locked down you can only get kits in such high numbers from China which is what govt has done . Now that antibody test kit itch is over for media they will jump to next topic .
