The Supreme Court of India is the biggest coup in India.
These bastards decide which way India must go.

And irony of the fact is none of theme yes none of them come from polls or common people participation.
Literally like I CHOSE YOU, YOU CHOSE ME, I EAT, YOU EAT, I decide, you decide.
So, literally OUR FATE IS DECIDED by this CORPORATION because it is.

NOBODY IN THE WORLD get such a luxury as these motherfucks.
The way they opened their assholes for shaheen bag kut*yas was unbelievable.

Yes, free testing will happen in return FROM NOW ON THESE JUDGES AND LAWYERS must fight for COMMON MAN JUSTICE for FREE, no money must be charged from us common folks.
If something is done from government side or common man side, then they say "oh! This is against law", who the hell decides viability of law" ofcourse us judges", were judges chosen? "yes, like any corporation on seniority basis", saala ullu banake rakha hua hai sabko.

Japan is subsidizing it's companies to move their production lines out of China.

We need to try and grab this opportunity.

Industries may and will move out of china, but that is just a half part. Their respective govt will have first preference to bring them back to their home countries. If india wants to benefit from this and diverge some here then country should get its act together to bring them here. It is now or never situation for india as well.

COVID patients can be monitored remotely

BENGALURU: Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has collaborated with All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)-Rishikesh to develop a state-of-the-art health monitoring system which can remotely assess the health of people who have contracted COVID-19 or those who may have it.
This comes at a time when various states are staring at a shortage of personal protective equipment for health care workers who are expected to check home-quarantined people. This system will reduce the number of times health care workers are exposed to people they check on.

ISI conspired to thwart PM Modi's appeal to switch off light by spreading false news of grid failure: Intelligence Agencies
https://zeenews.india.com/world/isi...id-failure-intelligence-agencies-2274421.html

Pakistan's premier intelligence agency ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) hatched a conspiracy through social media to thwart Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal of lightning ‘Diya’ to express solidarity against coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic by spreading false news of power grid failure and of fire accidents have been exposed.

--------------------------

@ShashiTharoor
An unprecedented drop in electricity demand at 9pm Sunday &an immediate surge at 9.09 pm could cause the electrical grid to crash. So Electricity Boards are contemplating load shedding from 8 pm & staggered return to normal after 9.09pm. One more thing the PM didn’t think about!

:clap2:
:basanti:

ISI is symptom of a mindset. They will poke their nose everywhere whether one likes it or not. There are many takers of that mindset in India to add fuel to fire and make it appear as indigenous.

There have not been many disadvantages to India from partition in spite of the best fertile areas of Aryavrata having taken away from India and core geography of Saptasindhu having been divided by both the invaders= Muslims and Christians.. However, the largest disadvantage had been psychological in the way of very existence of Pakistan as a Islamic country carved out of India. That bolsters up the idea amongst Indian Muslims particularly Muslims of J&k and some others that it is possible to rebel against the union and exist as an independent entity. We have seen that in the rebellion of Sikhs a few years ago.

Existence of Pakistan is the root idea of many a mutinies inside India and their disintegration is the only final solution. The idea of remaining in existence without India must be killed for ever. America did that, many Europeans have done that, China did that and India must embark on that mission sooner than later. That idea can only be killed with Pakistan disintegrating into a nothingness.

Tablighi Jamaat had planned a ‘fidayeen’ attack on India by spreading the deadly coronavirus: UP Shia Waqf Board chief Waseem Rizvi

"Jamaatis had planned to kill over one lakh persons by spreading the virus," Rizvi alleged.

Lashing out against the organisers of controversial Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi’s Nizamuddin Markaz, Waseem Rizvi, the chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Central Shia Waqf Board said the Tablighi Jamaat had planned a ‘fidayeen’ (suicide) attack on India by spreading the deadly coronavirus, reports News State.

Rizvi, in a statement today, alleged a conspiracy against the country, stating that the Tablighi Jamaat had planned an attack against India by spreading the deadly coronavirus.

“Jamaatis had planned to kill over one lakh persons by spreading the virus,” Rizvi alleged.

He added, “This was designed to disturb the Modi government and was actually a conspiracy against the Prime Minister.”

Rizvi also said that there is a distinct possibility of radical Islamist Zakir Naik being involved in Tablighi Jamaat conspiracy to spread coronavirus in the country. He added that the involvement of Zakir Naik cannot be ruled out as large number of positive cases emerged from the event were from Malaysia.

Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board Waseem Rizvi also attacked the organisers of the Tablighi Jamaat event for not following to the restrictions imposed by the government in view of the coronavirus outbreak. He said that organisers of the religious congregation in Delhi last month should face the law and be punished.

He also slammed the Jamaatis for misbehaving with the medical staff and accused them of attacking the frontline workers in order to demoralise the medical fraternity so that they stop treating the corona patients. “This was a conspiracy against the nation and stern punishment must be ensured for the accused,” he said.

EPFO settles 1.37 Lakh EPF withdrawal claims to fight Covid-19 in less than 10 days
Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), an statutory body under Union Ministry of Labour & Employment has processed about 1.37 lakh claims across the country disbursing an amount of Rs. 279.65 crore under a new provision especially formulated by amending the EPF Scheme to help subscribers fight Covid-19. The remittances of the moneys has already started taking place. The system as it stands today is processing all applications which are fully KYC compliant within less than 72 hours. Members, who have applied for claims in some other category, can also file claim to fight pandemic and depending upon the KYC compliance condition of each member, every effort is being made to settle claims at the earliest.

The provision for a special withdrawal from the EPF Scheme to fight Covid-19 pandemic is part of the PMGKY scheme announced by the government and an urgent notification on the matter was made to introduce a para 68 L (3) of the EPF Scheme on 28th March 2020. Under this provision non-refundable withdrawal to the extent of the basic wages and dearness allowances for three months or up to 75% of the amount standing to member's credit in the EPF account, whichever is less, is provided. The member can apply for lesser amount also. This, being an advance, does not attract income tax deductions.

Anticipating the huge surge in the demand, EPFO came out with acompletely new software which has been developed from scratch and a receipt module for on-line receipt of the claims was introduced within 24 hours and deployed on 29th March 2020. Further, the application was required to be in paperless form to curtail any physical movement in view of social distancing. It was decided to introduce a system of settling claims in auto mode directly by the system in respect of all such members whose KYC requirements was complete in all respects.

The COVID-19 pandemic has posed a serious threat and considering dire need of money in these trying times, it has been decided to process advance to fight COVID-19 pandemic on top priority.

Claims for availing advance to fight pandemic are filed online, necessitating every EPF account to be KYC complaint as pre-cursor. EPFO has relaxed date of birth correction criteria to ease KYC compliance enabling submission of claim to fight pandemic online. EPFO would accept the date of birth recorded in the Aadhaar card of a subscriber as a valid proof for rectification of the date of birth in PF records. All cases with variation in date of birth up to three years are now being accepted by EPFO.

SCTIMST scientists develop disinfection gateway & facemask disposal bin to fight COVID-19

Scientists at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum, Kerala, an autonomous institute under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, have designed two technologies to fight COVID-19 pandemic.

Chitra Disinfection Gateway is one of the two technology designed by SCTIMST scientistsJithin Krishan and Subash VV from the Division of Medical Instrumentation for the decontamination of people, one at a time. It is a portable system equipped with a system for generating Hydrogen peroxide mist and UV based decontamination facility.

Hydrogen Peroxide fumes will decontaminate the body, hands, and clothes of a person. The UV system will decontaminate the chamber. The whole system is electronically controlled. The sensors mounted in the chamber will detect the entry of a person and start the Hydrogen Peroxide mist generation process. The person is required to walk through the chamber to its end. When the person exits, the system will shut off the hydrogen peroxide fumigation system and will turn on the UV lamp inside the chamber to decontaminate it. After the UV light is switched offautomatically after a prescribed time, the chamber is ready for the next person. The whole process takes only 40 seconds. The system has see-through glass panels on sidewalls for monitoring and is fitted with lights for illumination during use. The design and Know-how have been transferred to HMT Machine Tools, Ernakulam, Kerala.

The second technology,Chitra UV Based Facemask Disposal Bin designed by Subash VVfrom SCTIMST, is a UV Based Facemask Disposal Bin. The ‘UV Based Facemask Disposal Bin’ can be used by health workers in hospitals and in public places where decontamination of used facemask, overhead covers, face shields, and so on are required to break the infection chain.

Face masks are a must-have item due to the current Covid-19 outbreak, but the used masks are hazardous waste and must be disposed of properly. The waste collectors are at risk of being exposed to COVID19 while performing their duties. Instead of just throwing used face masks into the waste bin, disinfecting the used mask is a must. The Design and Know-how transferred to HMT Machine Tools, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Professor Ashutosh Sharma, Secretary, DST said, "Disinfection of people, garments, surfaces and used disposable protective gears are vital to break the chain of transmission. The use of hydrogen peroxide spray and ultraviolet light in appropriate doses are two robust weapons in this fight, both of which are used in the innovations being discussed here."

No, many time ago I came to realization that these leeches are the biggest threat.
After their ass spreading in front of shaheen bagh(name is also vomit like), I came to realization that these westerners in mind need to be hated with logic.
"Shaheen" meaning a high altitude falcon, known for its offensive nature and behaviour is a very famous poem by Muhammad Iqbal, the acknowledge ideologue and founder Islamic fundamentalist philosopher of Pakistan. That poem is almost akin to a terrorist song which runs deep in the veins of Pakistan Jihadis and their soldiers and they sing that Shaheen poem as war song .

Naming an area in Delhi as "Shaheen Bagh" has no other relevance or tradition or history. There are no Shaheen in Delhi or 300 km around it. But the area has been named by majority Muslims there as in inspiration for terrorism of Muhammad Iqbal who in his poem elugises the rebellious, illogical and killer instinct offensive nature of High altitude falcon - the Shaheen - to inspire the Jihadis and promote anti nationalism.

One can imagine the mindset of those who named and accepted the area as Shaheen Bagh and those who are hell bent on protecting that as center of anti national activities.

'Building herd immunity may not work in tackling COVID-19 at the moment'

Building herd immunity may not work in tackling the COVID-19 outbreak since there isn’t yet a vaccine for SARS-CoV-2, according to Giridhar R Babu, professor and head of life course epidemiology, Public Health Foundation of India.

Herd immunity refers to vaccinating a bulk of the population to prevent them from getting infected and therefore, from transmitting the germ responsible for the infection to other people. This way, even those who cannot be vaccinated are protected.

Babu has worked with the World Health Organization for nearly six years, during which his efforts included stopping polio transmission in Karnataka and initiation of measles surveillance. He has also worked as a research associate for Multi Centre AIDS Cohort (MACS).

How Geographical Mapping Is Helping India In Its Fight Against COVID-19

Kochi: From contact tracing to creating buffer zones around #COVID19 clusters, India is using mapping and location-tracking technology to fight the pandemic. Maps have been used to assess and tackle diseases at least since the 1850 cholera outbreak in London. IndiaSpend looks at how mapping the disease data through geographic information system (GIS) can assist policymakers and the authorities during outbreaks, and what privacy concerns must inform such mapping.

GIS is a system designed to capture and analyse data using spatial trends. In the context of disease surveillance and monitoring, it integrates data such as the area of outbreak, population health and available infrastructure in the area to identify the population at risk. In recent years, GIS has been used to study and tackle several communicable and non-communicable diseases.

As of 8.00 a.m. on April 10, 2020, India has detected 6,412 cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus named SARS-CoV-2, according to Coronavirus Monitor, a HealthCheck database. While 504 (7.9%) patients have been discharged, 199 (3.1%) have died. Globally, 1.6 million cases have been detected, of which more than 350,000 have recovered and more than 95,000 have died, according to Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center.

How India is using location data

The Centre has tested the COVID-19 Quarantine Alert System (CQAS), an application that uses telecom data to trigger emails and text-message alerts to the authorities if a person has jumped quarantine, as The Hindu reported on April 3, 2020. “The data collected shall be used only for the purpose of Health Management in the context of COVID-19 and is strictly not for any other purposes,” the report said, citing the standard operating procedure. “Any violation in this regard would attract penal provisions under the relevant laws.”

Earlier, the Kerala State Disaster Management Authority and health department officials had begun collating disease surveillance data separately--with primary and secondary contacts of confirmed patients--traced and identified on a live geo-map, as the news channel NDTV reported on March 12, 2020. This allows officials to identify high-risk zones to activate containment measures. Further, the state is adding layers such as the availability of laboratory facilities and isolation wards in these areas.

#CoronaVirus spread is exponential in the world. To contain it , you have to beat it at its speed! So, what's happening in #Kerala with GIS mappings and route charting of positive cases is crucial to do just that! Our report on @ndtv @8pm pic.twitter.com/mZo92qe7Z6

— Sneha Koshy (@SnehaMKoshy) March 11, 2020
On March 27, 2020, the Gujarat government launched a GIS-based mobile application to monitor the movement of those advised to be home-quarantined. Similar to the Centre’s CQAS app, it alerts authorities if the person being monitored leaves quarantine. The Srinagar district had also announced plans to undertake GIS mapping of all cases including suspects, those under surveillance, quarantined and isolated, according to this March 17, 2020, report.

The Telangana government was also deploying geo-location technology to track over 25,000 people under home-quarantine using a COVID-19 monitoring system, according to this April 1, 2020, report in IANS, the news agency, published in the magazine Outlook. The state was already using ‘TSCop’, an app developed by the Telangana police, to geotag houses of foreign returnees, the report said. In neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, the government is using two tech tools developed by the State Disaster Management Authority to track each person in home-quarantine, and for contact-tracing of positive cases, the report said.

Punjab is also using cellphone data including call records and GPS to enforce lockdown, ensure home delivery of groceries, and for contact-tracing, as The Indian Express reported on April 10, 2020.

Tracking in other countries

Health officials in South Korea retraced patients’ movements using security camera footage, credit card records, and GPS data from their cars and cellphones, The New York Times reported on March 23, 2020. Citizens are alerted of new cases, with websites and apps detailing hour-by-hour timelines of infected people’s travel. People who believe they may have crossed paths with a patient are urged to report to testing centers. A separate app tracks those under quarantine.

Israel has allowed its intelligence agency to track mobile phones of confirmed or suspected patients. "We'll deploy measures we've only previously deployed against terrorists,” the country’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. “Some of these will be invasive and infringe on the privacy of those affected. We must adopt a new routine."

In China, entering one’s apartment compound or workplace requires scanning a QR code, writing down one’s name and ID number, temperature and recent travel history, as The Guardian reported in March 2020. Telecom operators track people’s movements, some cities are offering rewards for informing on sick neighbours, and Chinese companies are rolling out facial recognition technology that can detect elevated temperatures in a crowd or flag citizens not wearing a face mask.

Austria and Belgium are using anonymised data from telecom operators for contact-tracing and monitoring those quarantined.

Healthmap--developed by Boston Children’s Hospital--collates data from validated alerts from official sites for surveillance of emerging disease. Data ranging from air-ticketing and online networks tracking disease outbreaks in animals are used to track any unusual events and possible outbreaks. For COVID-19, Healthmap offers an interactive map, which includes a feature to show “outbreaks near me”--informing users about the disease transmission in their vicinity.

Mapping in past outbreaks

  • In 1854, John Snow investigated the source of a cholera outbreak in London using a hand-drawn map. His map overlay the locations of cholera deaths with information on public water supplies. The subsequent removal of the pump handle at a pump in central London’s Broad Street reduced incidence.
  • In 2013, the African country of Cameroon had a poliovirus outbreak. The Ministry of Public Health’s Expanded Programme on Immunisation mapped the poliovirus using GIS to estimate the disease’s reach and determine the action required to contain further spread. Officials mapped district boundaries and gathered data on settlements, hospitals and population to visualise the outbreak in its geographic context.
  • In 1987, British geographer Stan Openshaw used GIS to analyse paediatric leukaemia clusters in the North of England. In his paper titled ‘Investigation of leukaemia clusters by use of a Geographic Analysis Machine’, he assessed whether living in close proximity to a nuclear facility posed a higher risk of paediatric cancer. Using geographic information tools alone would not be enough to identify the causes of leukaemia but the visual patterns provide cues for policymakers to undertake further research, he warned.
  • GIS was also used during the Eloba and SARS outbreaks for contact-tracing and assessing high-risk zones. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration used GIS to forecast risk by modelling the conditions that create conducive habitats for the aedes aegypti, the virus-carrying mosquito.
Privacy concerns

“The use of surveillance technologies, although necessary during the ongoing pandemic, has again started the long-standing debates on balancing privacy and security,” said Kazim Rizvi, founding director of The Dialogue, a think-tank working in the intersection of technology and public policy. “It is important that the surveillance technologies should observe the tests laid down by the Apex Court in the Puttaswamy judgment (2017).”

The judgment permits surveillance provided that it is authorised by law, and its use is necessary and proportionate to the harm expected, he said, adding that a comprehensive surveillance law must keep privacy at the heart.

The use of spatial technologies and mapping for surveillance requires data classified as personally identifiable information. Concepts such as consent and personal data, for instance, are not defined in the Information Technology Act, 2000, rules framed under which (the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules of 2011) regulate data protection in the country.

To rectify this, the Personal Data Protection Bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha (lower house of parliament) on December 11, 2019. It has been referred to a joint parliamentary committee for examination, but falls short in addressing privacy and accountability, Rizvi said. The Bill does not provide for an independent data protection authority that could look into the privacy concerns, he added.

“Authorising unregulated surveillance might lead to data discrimination in which marginalised community (sic) could be further excluded due to non-transparent algorithmic processes,” Rizvi said.
