His team used AmbuBag only for prototype.
They don’t have to use it in production version.
And proportionator can be added. It’s not that tough. It’s just like a valve assembly .
However the whole sensor suite is entirely different task and will certainly be tough.
But it can be purchased from OEMs.

Here is the another solution
If they can make the whole pumping thing mechanical then you will probably see them emerging as leaders in this field.

Ambu bag saves many lives each year all over the world.

On SM, all innovative solutions so far during Chinese virus crisis is based on Ambu bag.

Here’s one from Oxford.

Yes, it's a fairly common instrument. Mahindra was making it look like it was invented yesterday in Kandivali.

They put together an existing Ambu bag with a servo and he is making it look like they have discovered fire.

Leave alone making some new innovation, even if they are able to mass manufacture Ambu bags, that'll be a huge help instead of this Twitter drama.

Yaar Ventilators are of different generations or types. This is not the most advanced type used in ICCU and ICUs in modern hospitals.
It’s v basic type we use in secondary and peripheral health centres. But it will do the job just fine in this case.
Not suitable for routine use in sophisticated ICUs .
