The ambu bag is almost always connected with an oxygen cylinder. So it's not that the doctors will be pumping the sillicon balloon every time a patient has breathing difficulty( although that also happens sometimes), but when a patient is on ventilator and he has to be transported to some other place then this jugaad is used. BUT CALLING THIS SYSTEM A VENTILATOR IS THEM TRYING TO FOOL PEOPLE.

We can’t mass produce expensive Ventilatiors used in Tertiary levels centres.
These type of ventilators are very common in CHCs and other secondary level setups.
It is looking crude because it’s a prototype, otherwise most of the budget ventilators looks very similar when we open it’s outer shell.

Busses , trucks are lorries transporting workers aren’t going straight to quarantine centres.

Intercity travel is daily affair. It’s impossible to contain virus effectively within a city.

Japan is a different country. They reported cases so is South Korea and Viatnaam . But due to their rapid and effective countermeasures, they got hold of it over short time.

Why Chinese made masks and test kits are defective?

Well one theory is that it is of typical Chinese substandard quality or China deliberately delivered faulty kits which goes against CCP's efforts to revive Chinese image globally and now on receiving end of double whammy.

What I think it's because of lack of specialist workers in factories either because they are working overtime or many died due to coronavirus itself and PLA is providing soldiers for mass production.
