Bankers do deserve support if not atleast empathise with them and all those who are going to job despite all these odds in a lockdown and curfew. If bankers start putting excuses and taking loss off pay during this time then panic will grip the country.

I agree with you.
My problem is with the police guy using force despite showing Id card.

Because all I have to do to not go to office is to say I am not feeling well. I'll get sick leave with full pay and no reduction from my leave as a measure of labor ministry.

The Bank guy must also have a family.

Now my wife has been raising a shitstorm at home asking me to put leave.

But I can't because majority of my frontline clerical staff are above 56+ yrs and I don't want to put them to risk as they are most vulnerable.

Told them to WFH and we younguns will take care of it.

similarly we also don't know who pissed off the police guy before your bank guy made his appearance.

That applies to all essential services staff. These are tough times, we need people who can calm down a situation rather than making it worse.

How come Russia & North Korea are totally free of Covid- 19?

Because they are staunch ally of China. Not a single case reported from this 2 countries.
On the other hand South Korea / United Kingdom / Italy / Spain and Asia are severely hit.
How come Wuhan is suddenly free from the deadly virus?

China will say that their drastic initial measures they took was very stern and Wuhan was locked down to contain the spread to other areas..

So use the virus...to cripple the economy and paralyse the nation and its Defense capabilities. I'm sure Nancy Pelosi got a part in this. . to topple Trump. Lately President Trump was always telling of how GREAT American economy was improving in all fronts. The only way to destroy his vision of making AMERICA GREAT AGAIN is to create an economic havoc. Nancy Pelosi was unable to bring down Trump thru impeachment. ....so work along with China to destroy Trump by releasing a virus. Wuhan,s epidemic was a showcase. At the peak of the virus epidemic. ..China's President Xi Jinping...just wore a simple RM1 facemask to visit those effected areas. As President he should be covered from head to toe.....but it was not the case. He was already injected to resist any harm from the virus....that means a cure was already in place before the virus was released. Some may ask....Bill Gates already predicted the outbreak in 2015...so the chinese agenda cannot be true. The answer is. ..YES...Bill Gates did predict. .but that prediction is based on a genuine virus outbreak. Now China is also telling that the virus was predicted well in advance. ....so that its agenda would play along well to match that prediction. China,s vision is to control the World economy by buying up stocks now from countries facing the brink of severe ECONOMIC COLLAPSE. Later China will announce that their Medical Researchers have found a cure to destroy the virus.
Now China have other countries stocks in their arsenal and these countries will soon be slave to their master...CHINA.

How accurate is this even for a conspiracy theory ?

The US and EU are China's two biggest export destinations, how sane is it to wipe out economies of two of your biggest customers ?

That will hit China hard as well. With all that excess manufacturing capacity they have, uska kya acchar dalenge ?

Also there is no way China is going to get away with this virus shit without US and EU localising some of their supply chains .

Proto-type coveralls of 6 Indian manufacturers have passed the prescribed tests: Government

NEW DELHI: The government on Monday said the health and textile ministries have been locating local sources to produce and supply Body Coveralls, a specialised protective suit meant for high level of protection to health professionals, over the last 45 days amid the Covid-19 outbreak.

Textiles ministry said in a statement that proto type garments of six Indian manufacturers have passed the prescribed tests.

“Such materials are manufactured by a few international companies, who expressed their inability to supply on account of a complete glut in stocks and ban of exports by the source countries. Only a limited quantity was offered and procured by the procurement organization of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,” the ministry said. HLL Lifecare Limited is the procurement agency for the hospitals and healthcare organisations under the health ministry.

The technical standard for the Coveralls “has stringent technical requirements as prescribed by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare” and was prescribed in the last week of January, textile ministry said, adding that it has invited manufacturers with adequate capacity to offer their proto-types for testing.

Fabric proto-types of five firms were tested at the accredited laboratory of South India Textiles research association (SITRA) at Coimbatore from February 2-25, whose results were referred to the technical experts to consider and decide on the technical requirements for COVID-19.

Why is that news? Even in war we fight with Mig-21. That should be the expected response.

But we don't have tight norms regarding medicines prescription like west. We can refer drugs left, right and center to normalize the situation because we don't have enough ventilators anyway.

Indian docs won't and shouldn't wait until organ failures. They should advise anti virus drugs to healthy patients and send them home.
