Singapore had kept it in full control till last week when it had just 124 cases and 0 deaths and batch of people who came back from iran started roaming around mosques and now they have 345 cases . Now SG govt has issued mandatory quarantine for every one who is entering country , Citizen PR or even work visa all has to do it failing which people will be sent to jail and Work visa will be revoked and deported at first light of sun .

Similarly Singapore follows instructions. So their numbers are also less.

It's both, you have to have very good medical facilities and law abiding and responsible citizenry. (This apart from technical parameters)
Percentage of older citizen is a important parameter, but not the sole deterministic parameter.

Bc chutiye maha chutiye.... In Bhilwara my hometown in Rajasthan, a stupid doctor treated a patient thinking he was a pneumonia patient w/o even checking if he had any travel history. Bc chutiya kahi ka... now 2 cases already confirmed in the city.... And over 1000 are suspected. How the fuck a doctor can be so careless. BC march me Rajasthan ki garmi me kis chutiye ko pneumonia hota hai gadho.
