There have been having a daily new case number of 25k to 40k+ while deaths have stabilised at ~1/10 the number as the previous wave in Jan. So we know their vaccines, restrictions and treatments are doing the job (until now at least), i.e trialled by fire - this is still a big unknown for us since it has been quite for us for some time, can only keep fingers crossed and hope the govt has learned it's lesson.

Covishield efficacy drop after 3 months is a "Lancet study" origin media peddled push. This magazine has been pretty dubious right from this covid outbreak, would wait for some other alternative sources to confirm.

Why would lancet take a dump on oxford vax?

Because they glorify Pfizer not as a vaccine but as a step-vaccine(if you know what I mean), I guess? And also because it is a British company and not American? They have selectively weeded out information with regard to the papers sent to them by the Chinese researchers before they were even censored by the CCP(during the early days of Virus outbreak in 2020 when the pattern had started emerging), a lot of data hidden which they didn't reveal even after so much of public calling. So the credibility angle does take a hit there. Won't be surprised if some lobby is at play to get the other players bogged down, pretty common in Pharma field.

This is what his reasoning was about the kids, his claim is laughable because his own reasoning is very unscientific in nature with no data quoted. Ignoring multiple factors which vary country to country.
This is what he said,

In the case of children, he said, the severity of infection is very low and according to data available in the public domain, only two deaths per million population have been reported.
"In this section (children), 15,000 (people) are not dying and keeping in mind the adverse effects also, if you do the risk and benefit analysis, then the risk is more than the benefits based on the available data," Rai explained.

So he wants to leave out on luck? It's the same logic which anti vaxxers used to apply that muh 99% survivability and if shit hits the fans will he take responsibility?

Based on his conjecture he is saying that vaccination is unscientific while iirc there was some limited cases of vaccination and monitoring was going on for kids, that's not unscientific based on that data they are following the suggestions.

What he is blurting is not only unscientific but very shallow approach of approximations that should never be published with such bold headline, just yesterday modi said that don't fear monger but here we have toilet paper of india pushing propaganda. Fucking retards. Even our approximations in some comments are better than the nonsense he blurted.

And when do these maggots will realize that when you claim that there's a report, you should link it. You can may have reservations about vaccines and so on but calling it unscientific is appalling.
