4. Sniper Rifle with Bayonet Mount >>
Firstly it takes 15mins to put Bayonet to any WW2 to latest Rifle with help of P-rail attachments, It is Childish to ask for Bayonet for anything so no vendors replied..
Correct words should have " Need P-rail in fore-grip of various attachments, Like torch, Bayonet, Bypod, laser etc ", People who make GSQR are out from mars and that is even from late 70s..

The Rifle is SVD used by Indian Army, Just modernize with P-rail, With the Rail above and below attachment include Bayonet are endless, Put anything you want, And this is cost effective solution and provide better results than a new Rifle..

5. Wheeled APC for UN mission >> By MPVs made in India with Imported addon balletic plates and slat Armour, Also do put a RCWS above..

It is the issue with Officers unable to get on with simple solution rather make it more complex to an extend that is so complex that common sense tells to avoid and get rid off, This also include war of egos & Argument winning contest so does table politics..

Mine boots for regular infantry? Seems very reasonable to scrap. I mean its nice having the foot protected but what about the rest of the body. I think I would prefer better mobility and lighter weight over minimal protection for the off chance that I step on a mine.
