Why I am not able to change the appearance of my signature?

I tried to change the appearance of my signature including font size, color and adding some link but it is not appearing as what it supposed to look after editing. Also I miss complain thread in DFI, can anybody help?

Yes, I did notice that and it is annoying.

BTW, what is '[SIGPIC]' or '[/SIGPIC]?'
