Most of these people are being targeted for their race and ethnicity, imagine if the world started banning US musicians, athletes, business men etc, for bombing afganistan for decades.

Classical music
Canada: banned 20 year old Russian prodigy from performing.
Germany: fired a 68yr old Russian born renowned Pincipal conductor
UK: Dublin International Piano Competition banned qualified Russians from participating
Sports
World Athletics banned all Russian and Belarusian althletes from participating
The badminton federation (BWF) banned Russian and Belarusian athletes
The global governing bodies for rowing, skiing (FIS) and volleyball (FIVB) have also banned Russian and Belarusian athletes
international shooting federation (ISSF) said Russian and Belarusian athletes stopped participation during the ISSF World Cup
They are even going after the physically disabled : Paralympic committees from the U.S. and Canada (CPC) said Russian and Belarusian athletes should not be allowed to compete

Hundres of Russian businesses and investors have had their property illegally stolen by Western government like crooks.
Russian shops have been attacked, people of Russians heritage are targeted
And let's not forget the blind eye by Western companies like Facebook, Instagram, reddit, twitter etc on racism targetting Russians, to the point of calling for genocide of every Russian
