Who else is waiting for Pakistanis to come up with some theory that they have ancestral connections with Russians.
With regards to news of them buying Su 35, well for the past decade we have been getting news like that. What is sure though Uncle Sam will give them F-16 and some AH1 Cobras.

Because the supply lines to the US and coalition troops in Afghanistan when through Porkiland and secondly the prokies were\are a major non-NATO ally as part of the War on Terrorism and lastly the Porkies where never close to the Russians and did not buy any significant weapons from the Russians and besides that they helped the CIA help the Afghan mujahideen fight the Soviets. So basically US had their own interests in helping the Porkies with money and sort of buying their loyalties

As far as I know he is a Paki citizen, but holds a US green card. But that is inconsequential. Nation states works on the principal of national interests and not भाईचारा, if it's in US's national interest to help the porkies financially they will and if not then they will not.
