So, apparently what happened is the guy was arrested from a car, but when he was escorted to police car he refused to enter the car saying he is claustrophobic and then he falls on ground and thereby struggle happened and he has to be restrained by 4 officers and to control him one guy put his knee on his neck so he stops resisting.

So, however unfortunate this incident 100% blame can't be put on the officers, all thieves lie and make up stories to resist arrest, for all they knew he was a repeat offender who was lying to not get arrested and as usual rather than being calm he started resisting physically and they had to restrain him. The officer put too much pressure for too long and unfortunately choked him to death,
I don't really see where they deliberately targeted him for being Black.

As much as 3.2 million registered NGOs are registered In India, going by 30,000 figure he has just banned like what 1.2% not to mention thousand of not registered NGOs. We should be talking about mechanisms to monitor these NGOs, rather than viewing all them with suspicion.

we city folks don’t realise this, but NGOs are crucial in implementing govt polices in rural areas. it’s like outsourcing public service and reduces cost to exchequer.

Well, he was already handcuffed with his hands behind. How much could he have resisted?

A lot because he refused to get inside the car, try getting a big grown man inside a car who doesn't want to, given that he had multiple prior run-ins with the law.

Officer is in the wrong, he is guilty of negligence murder but its still not because the culprit was black, hence the riots and obstruction("protests") are just a attempt to get the government on back foot and earn political brownie points or political coup.

FYI, this guy threatened and robbed a pregnant women at gun point in past and had a long charge sheet with multiple arrests.
Certainly not a guy worthy of "Daddy changed the world" that his daughter is being unknowingly used for propaganda by propaganda artists.

Everything said here can be applied to British colonialism in India. What we have to see is who profited the most from establishing this system. It was erstwhile western powers.

Spanish conquest was more of religious zealotry rather than racial. Specially true for Portuguese, when you consider their behavior in India as well.
