You apply stringent policing standards on the area after measuring crime data, true. But you do not add that to the national aggregate and start applying the same standards on every black majority neighborhood.

The police is responsible for enforcing law and orders, counseling individuals is not their job, it's the local governments job.

Police can enforce law only to the point that the constitution permits them. It is not a laissez-faire, wild west kind of a deal.

Why exactly is there "disproportionate" police brutality when the % of blacks killed by policeis pretty much in line with the % of crimes committed by blacks

95% of those killed by police in US are men and close to 100% of those arrested for rapes are men.

Does this mean
a. Police are sexists and disproportionately attack men
Or
b. Most police deaths are genuine and not murders, and is directly proportional to how much crime your group commits
