What's extremely worrying is that no one is really calling these criminals out for what they are doing.

LW can afford to be proactive because their love is not for the nation rather their own ideology, they measure their gains by power acquired after a scheme is successful. they don't care for loss of life or property. infact they believe everything should be burnt to the ground, if they don't get their way.

RW on the other hand are very conscious of any damage caused inadvertently by their actions to their fellow citizens or the country as a whole.

with this fundamental difference in play, RW can never be proactive in most circumstances in most countries, because they are aware of the effort it takes to rebuild something.
