Well in that case Su-30 MKI is also not a 4.5th generation fighter,as it have PESA.

True also LCA has MMR; but Pakistan has said from the start that it will be an AESA radar.

Its not just the AESA, but the overall package including Avionics, EW, Radar, etc.

The MKI's PESA is better than the first generation AESAs due to its high power.
And well, the Chinese were never considered great in avionics.

People mistake USAF for a AF that plays fair, they bomb the airfields, destroy all the radar sites, bring enough survaillace to detect a toy plane, enough EW to microwave chickens on the ground, outnumber the enemy by 5 to 1.

Give them any of these planes and they will make it the number one.

J-11B does not have AESA,may be J-10B will have.Rumour has it that J-11B also has in-flight refuelling system.If that's true,then it greatly enhances the range of the fighter.

But I think Su-30 MKI is a 4.5 gen fighter,with TVC and all the other Western upgrades.

Not accurate. Most planes would get disqualified from that classification then.
That includes the EF, Rafael,MKI. The EF and Rafael are getting Aesa or in the process of only now.

you are right Yusuf they are not 4.5 GEN yet. also I doubt for the price Infrared tracking IRST is even a feature in either Chinese or pakistan version planes.
