Conservative leadership race: Eight contenders to become PM through to next stage as shortlist revealed
Sajid Javid dropped out of the race just minutes before the candidates were announced, with the remaining eight getting at least the 20 nominations needed to get through to the first round. Hustings will now take place ahead of ballots to whittle down the candidates to two.

Would UK muslims or the now more slyly hidden racist gora masses vote for a Hindu in the next election? For that reason I think he won't win the Tory leadership merry-go-round. In fact I'll be surprised if he even makes the last 2. They use his wealthy upbringing against him - no doubt he's an elite. Yet no one ever mentioned David Cameron's dad hiding all their family wealth in one of the Caribbean tax evasion havens. Or Boris Johnson being some Turk-Jew mutt born in New York (he kept his US passport until the IRS got on his case).

The man has just 1 year more to rule until elections next year. The British Labour Party is expected to win big time.
....and relations with India will be problematic. Boris Johnson has been the best UK PM for India, barring none. While the conservative party will continue the positive trajectory, Labour will likely be a big nuisance.

He's not winning the leadership contest- sadly the Tory closet racist trash are not ready for a non White PM. Liz Truss is an absolute lightweight- and stupid to boot judging by how she got royally trolled by Lavrov- but that slimeball Starmer isn't too popular with voters either so next election may turn out to be much closer than many imagine. The economy is the biggest risk for Truss- if she fixes it, she'd easily see off Starmer

Well I never really wanted Rishi Sunak to be PM. The blowback from the British would be unbearable. Now Rishi is not the PM, we can decry racism all we want against the Briturds and they are unable to respond. Besides this is better in the long run because Britain is gonna tank and they will look for someone to blame. Better to blame a white woman than a hindu Indian descent guy.
