The early rolloutWhat about anka 3 ??
It's only been a little over 10 years since we've been putting out complete platforms. Before that, it was parts production for western aircrafts and technology development. The secret of the fast progress lies partially in our experience with the previous endeavors with western companies. We got our hands dirty with programs like F16 production, A380, A400M, F35 etc. We excel in manufacturing. What we lacked was design capability. That is our focus and we've been doing mighty fine considering our belated entry to the sector. What matters for us it the pace of progress. Here are some of our indigenously developed aerial vehicles in that short time.Other than a drone what has their entire aviation sector has actually delivered??
I'v been following this for more than one and a half decades, back in the day some people would make passionate arguments about how India is more technologically advanced in defence and space, and most people would actually agree, with passage of time they have turned out to be .Ya sure we are behind . Whatever makes you feel good man.
Whenever I return on this forum I find more and more lack of depth or naunce. Perhaps the average age of members is falling or their education hard to say. Need to go back to real world .
In india rolled out engineers do not have in depth knowledge especially in aerospace sectorHave we delivered a drone yet?
India started the work on autonomous aerial drones in the 80s and yet 30-40 years later we still do not have a production variant.
Their drones have wreaked havoc in conflicts and turned the tide in favour of Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and played a pivotal role in halting Russian advances in the Russia-Ukranian war.
Today we are in such a position that alteast a donze odd countries have overtaken us in drone tech.Heck, even the heavily sanctioned iran has mass produced thousands of combat drones.
It's clearly a mix of a F22 and a F35...
A nice mock up as for now....View attachment 197089
looks like it has EOTS(or its placeholder) which we wont have until 2035 or so
To be seen.If they could make this thing run they will fly it also.
It's also underpowered for now. They are looking for better engines. To be seen.
Remember Gripen, with FBW failures.
To built and fly stable UCAV is one thing, an unstable (I hope !) modern fighter another.
To my surprise they haven't actually developed an EOTS yet to go in the mount below the nose. But they do have IRST available. The GaN AESA is also under development. They can't run any weapon integration tests before these sensors are available, so why was TAI in a hurry to roll it out.A nice mock up as for now....
Yeah,we copy and paste.It's clearly a mix of a F22 and a F35...
Nothing original.
Is Turkey a new China? copy and paste....
It was promissed to the people(politics),100 year aniversary of the Turkish Republic. It's also underpowered for now. They are looking for better engines.

So the upcoming elections in May were a motivation. It was promissed to the people(politics),100 year aniversary of the Turkish Republic.
Nice sarcasmYeah,we copy and paste.
They are all copies of each other frenchie, why does it hurt when we do it?
At least we took the nose from the F-22 and the ass of the Su57,a better mix then the rest, wouldnt you say so?
Come with better comments, maybe then ill take you serious.
So drones are only product turkey has successfully build in numbers with their own design till now??It's only been a little over 10 years since we've been putting out complete platforms. HÜRKUŞ
GÖKBEY
(T129 is based on A129 but its avionics and armaments are completely Turkish)
HÜRJET
TFX
TB-2
AKINCI
KIZILELMA
ANKA
AKSUNGUR
ANKA-3
In a few weeks TAI will reveal and fly T929, the indigenously developed heavy attack helicopter.
There are over 1500 private(and a few state-owned) defense companies working day and night to make these possible.
Why don't you compare all components of aviation sector of India and turkey based on actual facts , actual product actual numbers to prove your claim about how turkey is ahead of India for us all to see. Otherwise you are the only clown here.I'v been following this for more than one and a half decades, back in the day some people would make passionate arguments about how India is more technologically advanced in defence and space, and most people would actually agree, with passage of time they have turned out to be .
