Starting a new thread to highlight a very interesting thing happening in West Asia, where, if it plays its cards right, India might end up becoming a significant stake-holder in West Asia.
First point of this thread is the probable collapse of Turkey, the decline in support for Erdogan, rising military-civilian government tensions and the Kurdish insurgency:

Second, is the possible support India could give to the Kurds. Right now, Kurdistan is supported by all of India's allies in the Middle East. Apart from Turkey, all other actors in the Middle East wouldn't mind the creation of a Kurdistan.
Planning on writing an article in the next few days on why Turkey will collapse, and what India should do when that happens.
