IC Insights published the latest revenues for the world's largest semiconductor foundries (ie. third-party semiconductor manufacturers).
In the last three years (e.g. 2014, 2015, and 2016), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) had the same worldwide marketshare at 59%.
However, look at TSMC's sales. It jumped by over $4 billion from 2014 to 2016.
TSMC Holds a 59% Marketshare of The IC Foundry Market in 2016 | CTimes
I think TSMC will continue its dominance of the worldwide semiconductor foundry market, because of its technological leadership at the advanced nodes.
TSMC started production of 10nm at the end of 2016 and will ramp in 2017.
TSMC's 7nm is scheduled for production in 2018.
TSMC expects to begin production of 5nm in 2020.

"In last week’s investors meeting, TSMC Co-CEO Mark Liu added to Chang’s report, stating that the company will likely move its 7nm process technology to volume production during the first half of 2018. He said that over twenty customers are currently “engaged” with the company regarding the new process technology, and that fifteen customer tape-outs are scheduled to take place in 2017."

"'We estimate that EUV will be a cost-effective tool for high-volume manufacturing by 2020, in time for our 5nm ramp,' TSMC Co-CEO Mark Liu said at an event to announce the company’s second-quarter results."
