What if India brands Canada a terrorist nation and proceeds with it's own sanctions?
For example, no more students will be sent to Canada.

We don't need to touch US at any point,

All we need to do sanction the hell out Canada by branding it a terrorist country.

And these sanction would hurt India for may be a year or so.
We will fill the gap with alternatives.
But US needs to come to terms that INdia will permanently shut itself to whatever US is selling.
It took nearly 20 years for US and India to come this far. Even a small sanction on any sub-component will destroy all the hard work done by both sides.

As per Canadian PR. The so called mug high expectancy does not make sense anymore. Honestly in India today tech company even a 2 years experienced guys can go to 15-20lpa salaries.
