It can be 40 men too, GGN too used such amount of force..

No sir actually GIGN never used 40 the thing is that hostages are the only leverage a hijacker has so its important that the first party should always compraise of only 7 to 10 men as more less people U use it become more diff to detect them however ones the 1st party enters more soldiers can join in hostage rescue this was the strategy used by the GIGN.:thumb:
