i feel some thing wrong i this pic, or procedures of nsg. when the special team goes in for rescue, they are only a small group between 5-10, but this pic shows atleast 20+ soldiers going in, is it Russian style, or its just for pics???

Their are Armour on Leh as well as N.E..

It can be 40 men too, GGN too used such amount of force..

2 NSG commando shoot at one target at the same time (they shoot the face). Even if one miss other score hit on target, usually both hit the target. That is why all the terrorists taken out by the NSG in Mumbai terror attack had mutated faces, because direct hits on faces.

If this is the case then for every entry in aircraft, two commandos (minimum). Rest you guys can count the numbers.
