May be that is due to the lighting conditions. All the fabric is being supplied by only one supplier with a license through CSD.

fabric have different shades and patterns watch it closely i saw other pics also

I guess @Spadex once pointed out 2 different shades of current camo.

Even in this pic too, I feel only two shades are there - the 2nd from left in front row & the 3rd from left in back row belong to one shade and the remaining belong to 2nd shade. In fact, these two shades are there due to the difference in the ratios of green to brown colours in these camos

One was washed by heavy detergent because it was general's uniform while other was self washed as it was Major's uniform

That's why they have two different shades .
