such things are irrelevant with the IA.

Most importantly the sling is never put across the shoulder. It is always thrown towards the ground. If a terrorist in cqb just grabs and pull the barell the gun will be gone.. plus no secondary weapon.

The training is not up to the point.

RR and Assam Rifles have been doing CI operations for roughly 30-40 years with above average success but supposedly they need advice from armchair generals on their training capabilities. This is like a pilot giving advice to a surgeon on which artery to cut.

What has that got to do with Siting your eye into a scope to look into a room?! that looks like a Tactic to me. whether using an battle Rifle, Carbine, Pistol or a broomstick.
